Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Julia Detering, EMS secretary, to support volunteers submitting paperwork and background check and confirmation that volunteers are approved
- Publicize volunteer opportunities at the school and direct volunteers to signup genius. Ex.-lunchroom monitors, shelving library books
- Collaborate with different PTSA chairpersons to support them in volunteer needs for events or enrichment programs. Ex. PTSA sponsored speaker workshop and Garden Club
- Maintain a list of volunteers
- Maintain a list of PTSA events where volunteers will be needed
- Request event responsibilities from PTSA chairpersons and inform volunteers what might be expected of them
